I’m in the process of designing a basement for one of my clients in Bethesda, MD. My client wanted media and exercise rooms in the basement of her 1920′s Washington DC home. The media room is the place where she and her boyfriend spend evenings with their large black lab. She wanted it to be comfortable for the two of them on a daily basis
