Renderings Bring your Remodel To Life --
Before Construction!

One of the most stressful parts of remodeling is being confident that you'll like the result.  Remodeling takes a lot of money and most of us have trouble translating blueprints into a 3-dimensional picture of what the new space will be like.
That's where renderings come in.  Braitman Design/Build will provide renderings -- 3-dimensional approximations of the final result.  Renderings can help you make big decisions like which walls should be removed and smaller decisions such as wall color or trim profiles.
The images below show the value of renderings at their most basic:

The rendering, above, are basic renderings with minimal detail.  However, they certainly help our clients become comfortable with the design prior to starting construction.  Basic renderings, like the ones above, are part of the conceptual design process for every one of our remodeling projects.  And with a computer, the designer and client can sit together and rotate the images in 3-D and make changes in "real-time" to play with options.
Just a few weeks ago, I was with a client in her remodeled kitchen.  She pulled out one of the renderings from the conceptual design and said "see, it looks just like you said it would!"
Should the client desire, much more detailed and accurate renderings can be developed including replicas of furnishings, hardware, and landscaping.  True-to-life renderings can take a lot of time (and money).  But the basic renderings such as the ones depicted here are part of the conceptual design process and produced for all clients.
