Our client wanted to remodel their kitchen doing a lot of the work themselves. They were getting bogged down because they didn't know the right order of the tasks and had disagreements about the shape and scope of how the kitchen changes fit with their larger dreams for the house.

Response:
 

We developed a 3 options for their whole-house vision --  complete with renderings.  This helped them resolve their conflicts and move forward with confidence.  With the long term in mind, we helped them modify their plans for the kitchen and understand the correct order of tasks.  We gave them a list of vetted tradesmen and sourced some tile and fixtures they couldn't get through retail sources.
